Trenton Garcia is based in Mission, Texas, and brings together real estate expertise, a passion for community, and a heart for service. At Capital Advisors, he works alongside investors who want to help shape the future of the RGV through land development, and he serves as department head of the Capital Advisors Foundation, the nonprofit arm that receives the company's proceeds to give back to the community.

Trenton is also an active, licensed Texas real estate agent who hit the ground running, closing three transactions in his first three months in the business. From guiding buyers through financing to closing to sourcing investment properties for RGV investors, he has built a practical understanding of what makes a property, and a market, work.

He is the founder of Jesus Street Ministries, a nonprofit focused on outreach in the Valley, where he built the organization from the ground up and leads its board and mission. His background in theology and his leadership experience shape how he approaches people: with honesty, vision, and genuine care. For Trenton, business is ultimately about people, and about leaving the community better than he found it.
